Job Description:

• Participate in selecting interior design consultants for the project by evaluating their capabilities.
• Manage interior design to ensure quality and overall progress of the approved project.
• Manage, review, and check to ensure that the design documents meet the required quality and schedule.
• Be responsible for managing interior design for the assigned projects.
• Review and propose alternative materials to control costs.
• Carry out interior design tasks as assigned.
• Evaluate and approve design documents submitted by consultants.
• Monitor and coordinate with agencies during the design approval process.
• Report to superiors on the quality and progress of the consultant’s work.
• Support the construction management department in consulting on technical design issues submitted by contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Education: University Degree.
• Major: Interior Design.
• Good English communication skills.
• Related Experience: 4 years of experience working as a design consultant & 2 years of experience working in design management for civil projects.
• Good grasp of interior design concepts and construction techniques, understanding of colors, materials, modern interior decoration materials, and regularly update innovations in the market
• Proficient in using software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Corel Draw, 3DMax, Illustrator, Revit, etc.
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive in work.
• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively.
