RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare course/ presentation – training for sales agents.
• Following/pushing/motivating for sales agents’s KPI.
• Build an effective strategy and sales scheme.
• Tasks related to sales agents.
• Support to close deals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing.
• Experience: from 3 years.
• Preference for candidates with sales experience and a track record of selling high-end, luxury apartment projects.
• Ability to train and negotiate.
• Dynamic, creative, eager to learn, diligent in researching and studying.
• Good English communication skills.
